Eggs with tomato sauce
When you don’t have time to cook or only have a few ingredients in your pantry, you can put eggs with tomato sauce on your table. This recipe is easy, cheap and quick to make when you want to have a simple but tasty dish that will never deceive you if complemented with a slice of good bread.
- 8 eggs
- olive oil
- 15 San Marzano tomatoes
- Rinse and cut tomatoes into pieces and cook in a frying pan with hot olive oil, adding salt to your taste.
- After 15-20 minutes add eggs, trying to space them out one another.
- Slowly stir with a wooden spoon to mix eggs and tomatoes during cooking.
- Cook eggs to your taste and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Place eggs on plates and serve with fresh bread.
