The farmhouse, overlooking Cortona and offering a charming view of the town is surrounded by a garden allowing all guests to enjoy an independent external area and a wonderful swimming pool. Just next to the house guests will be able to use an old wood-burning oven located in a covered area.

Two further apartments, a washing-room, the reception and a cosy lounge area are located in an old converted stable and tool-shed. The estate also includes a newly planted olive grove.

The Giardino degli Ulivi is located in an ideal position along the road running across the Valdichiana and is thus the perfect site for tremendous bicycle and walking tours and wonderful trips thank to its proximity to the main historical centres and towns of Tuscany and Umbria.
