Per il confort che offre è adatto anche per soggiorni di lunga durata, per i quali si effettuano prezzi particolarmente convenienti. Nella via Ghini è consentito il transito delle auto e c’è possibilità di parcheggio sia nell’adiacente via Ghibellina sia nel vicino parcheggio del Mercato.

Circa 30m von Piazza della Repubblica entfernt, die Wohnung San Filippo liegt an der Ecke zwischen die historischen Via Ghibellina und Via Ghini, an der baroker S.Filippo Kirche (daher den Name dieser Wohnung). Die hervorragende zentrale Position gibt Ihnen die moeglichkeit Cortona's kulturelle und artistisches Leben zu geniessen, zwischen den historische Gebaeuden, den Museen und der Atmosphaere des historische Zentrums mit den typischen Laden, Bar und Ristoranti.
