Situata nella parte alta (500 m. s.l.m.) a 2 km da Cortona dopo località “Torreone” proseguendo lungo la strada provinciale 34 umbro-cortonese e dopo 300 m di strada bianca privata si arriva a “Podere il Leccio Grande”. Residenza appartata immersa in un uliveto ai margini del bosco di castagni, lecci e querce, gode di una vista panoramica sulle colline cortonesi, sulla valdichiana e sul lago Trasimeno.
La zona del “Torreone” soprattutto nel periodo estivo è meta di escursioni in bicicletta e passeggiate nella quiete della montagna cortonese ( Monte S. Egidio 1.050 m s.l.m.).

La struttura: (di 140 mq, all’interno della proprietà di 10.000 mq) è composta al piano terra da cucina, da sala da pranzo, da ampio salone con n. 3 divani di cui uno con letto due posti; al piano superiore n. 2 camere matrimoniali, n.1 cameretta con due letti, n.1 angolo relax con divano letto a un posto, n. 2 bagni uno con doccia l’altro con vasca idromassaggio “TEUCO”.

A 10 m dalla casa piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dim. 5x10, con un lato a bordo sfioro circondata da lastricato e da zona verde.

Holiday House Il Leccio Grande

The location: located at 500 m altitude 2 km above Cortona after the location “Torreone” continuing along the provincial road 34 called “Umbro-Cortonese”, at ca. 300 metres of private dirt road you will reach the “The Big Holm oak Land”.
It is a quiet cottage surrounded by an olive grove bordered by an oak, chestnut and Holm oak wood. It has a panoramic view of the mountains of Cortona and the eastern Valdichiana.
The “Torreone area” especially in summer is the destination of cycling and walking tours in the peace of the mountain of Cortona (S. Egidio mountain at 1.050 m altitude).

The holiday house: (the cottage is 140 mq and is located on 10.000 mq of land). On the ground floor, the cottage has a kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with three sofas (one is a double sleeping-sofa); upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a small twin bedroom and a den with a single sleeping-sofa. The cottage has also two bathrooms: one with shower, the other with whirlpool bath Teuco.
10 metres far from the house you will find a 5m x 10m swimming-pool (with an end overflowing) surrounded by a pavement and a green area.

Accessories: satellite TV, TV in the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing-machine and a small bed for a double bedroom.
