Terzo di Danciano is an enchanting '700 villa, with a stunning view, situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Tha place is really fascinating, ancient, restaured with low ecological impact.

Spacious, light and comfortable bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Private pool in the garden filled with rain water. Pool is furnished with sun chairs, umbrellas and gazebo. A summer kitchen in the garden where guests can eat at leisure round the large table, under the pergola. A wood-burning oven for pizzas and barbecues.

We can host up to 15 people in 5 large rooms with en-suite bathrooms in the villa and other 10 people in our guesthouse with two bathroom. Total accomodation: 25 people.

A perfect place for family reunion and large groups of friends who are welcome to enjoy life.

Our facilities are immersed in the countryside, however, high up in the hills.

The position of Terzo di Danciano is perfect for cultural and artistic travels. Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi are 50' by car. Rome, Florence, Bologna, 2,30' by car. The nearest airport is Perugia Sant'Egidio (45'). Pisa Airport 2 h by car.

Music festivals, cinema, theatre, country fairs and wine events bring life to the historical centre of every little town in the area during the summer season.

price from 3000 € to 5000 € for groups up to 15 people. For larger groups the quotation will be given on request.
