- 100 gr. butter (melted at room temperature)
- 700 gr. apples
- 150 gr. sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 300 gr. flour
- ½ cup milk
- grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 packet “Pane degli Angeli” baking powder
Preparation Method
Whip sugar and butter together, mix in eggs, flour,
milk, vanilla and baking powder. Lay mixture in a baking
sheet, place apples peeled and cut out into thin wedges
over pastry and sprinkle with sugar.
Put in oven at 180° for 40’.
