Work eggs and sugar together in a mixing bowl and add
all remaining ingredients stirring well into mixture (do
not add at this point flour and baking powder).
Place some flour on a pastry board, pour contents of mixing
bowl over it and work dough until medium-stiff. Keep dough
soft enough; cut dough into medium-thin strips, cut these
into smaller pieces and deep fry in boiling oil. Once
cooked drain strufoli on kitchen paper and sprinkle with
sugar.
