Clean fennels and boil in abundant salted water. Chop
fennels finely with mezzaluna knife and place in a bowl
where you will add besciamella-sauce, ground nutmeg, salt,
pepper, olive-oil and parmesan-cheese.
Grease a mould with butter, sprinkle grated bread over
it, place mixture in it and put in oven for 30 min. at
180°. Serve hot.
