- 1 Kg. onions
- ½ litre water
- 650 gr. sugar
- 6/7 cloves
- juice of one orange
Preparation Method
Finely chop onions and mix together with all ingredients;
bring to a boil and simmer until mixture thickens.
Pour hot marmalade into small sterile glass-jars; hermetically
seal and keep upside-down for 10 hours. Store in pantry.
