We live in Toscany in the little village of Riccio, nearby the  ancient etruscan and medieval town of Cortona (5 km). Our house has a long history: it was built in the 18th century and is furnished with antique furniture.  The big terrace overlooks the typical tuscan countryside.

Connecting ideal for:
- the cities of Arezzo, Perugia and Siena (1 / 2 hour by train or car);
- Rome (1 h 1 / 2) and Florence (1 h) with A1  (val Chaina-Bettolle 10 min);
- Terontola train station (1 km), bus stop (50 mt.)
- Lake Trasimeno (3 km);
- many possibilities to beautiful walks on foot or by bicycles.

Kitchen usage and utilities
It is possible to use the kitchen to prepare your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, fridge, stoves, gas oven, water boiler, pots, dishes, cookware and all the amenities.  There is also a couch in the kitchen with TV and free wireless internet connection. You may also use our washmachine.

Orchard
We also have an orchard garden with fruit trees. It is equipped with seats, table and a barbecue grill so that you  can relax and where the children may play safely.

Entertainment for the kids
Regarding the entertainment for the kids, I collaborate with a didactic WWF farm, where the kids may experience for feeding and riding horses, ponies etc. Highly qualified experts will look after the safety of the kids.
